Located in Burke, VA since 1999, we are a local firm committed to the Northern Virginia community. Dennis Donovan, CPA and Jack Palmer CPA founded the corporation, Donovan & Palmer, P.C. in 1993. Jack retired several years later. Our name evolved to Donovan & Wagner, P.C. when Julia Hamacher Wagner, CPA joined us in 2014.  Dennis retired in 2017, and currently heads his own consulting firm. Our business is accounting and tax services to Virginia and metropolitan DC businesses, and individual clients, including military members worldwide.
